Fire in the Rockies: What am I – your pet dog?

Sat Spankings

It’s time for Saturday Spankings! I have another snippet for you from my recent Corbin’s Bend release, Fire in the Rockies. Enjoy!

Blurb: Fiery and strong Kelly Carmichael is a bit of a chip off the old block. Her father Jack and her uncle Brent are strong dominant individuals who can get the job done. And yet there’s a part of her that desires to be dominated in the bedroom. Unsure of her own desires in the DD department, she moves to Corbin’s Bend to be close to family and to work at the Corbin’s Bend Medical Center. Her first day she runs into RJ Butler.
RJ has been in Corbin’s Bend for a while and wants nothing more than to find a woman he can take care of and develop a solid domestic discipline relationship with. Fiery, intelligent Kelly catches his interest and it isn’t long before he wants more. He just can’t tell if she is truly willing to submit to him.
Sparks fly and heat rises in the Colorado Rockies. If RJ and Kelly can make it through the embers, their relationship just might make it. But when a forest fire cuts them off from all help, it’s them against nature. Will they make it home? Or is their fire set to go out?

Fire-in-the-Rockies_400

Kelly has just been told to come out of the corner and she’s over RJ’s lap about to get spanked.

“Did you think about what I asked you to?”
“Mmm…hmm.”
He gave her ass a mild slap and said, “The correct response is ‘yes, sir.’ Now try again.”
She hesitated a second, and then said, “Yes, sir.” Her voice trembled a little.
“Good girl. And did you come to any conclusion?”
Her body stiffened and her head lifted and turned in an attempt to look back at him, and she  said, “Good girl? What am I, your pet dog? Lassie? Don’t call me good girl. I’m not your puppy-dog.”

Rocky Mountain Rogue by Lee Savino

Rocky Mountain Rogue by Lee Savino. Can true love tame a rogue?

Have you read Lee Savino’s Rocky Mountain Bride Series yet? If not, you really have to. It’s fabulous. I thoroughly enjoyed every one of the books in the series and this one just might be my favorite! Jesse Wilder is the perfect classic bad-boy.

Rocky Mountain Rogue

Here’s a little R-rated excerpt for you:

“You want this?” He asked, pressing his cock into her fleshy backside, ripping up the frothy mess of fabric to find her flesh while his other hand dove into her front, finding a breast and squeezing the fleshy mound.
“Yes,” she moaned, arching her back and pressing her hot bottom against his. He couldn’t tear his trousers open fast enough, so he didn’t try. Instead, he rubbed himself against her, then placed a large hand on her tiny waist and flattened her against the bed, in a semblance of the punishment position she’d been in only minutes before.
Her cheek hit the bed; her fingers automatically curling into quilt. Whether she expected more discipline or pleasure, he didn’t know, but he took only a second to note her acquiescence before he forced her legs apart. He knelt and fastened his mouth to her sweet center.
Susannah howled above him, but he was lost in her depths, sucking on the plump lips, kissing up her hot, little bottom, scraping the red flesh with his rough cheeks, adding whisker burn to the list of her hurts. He didn’t care; he wanted her to feel him for days after. By the way the little minx was thrusting her bottom back on his face, she didn’t care either. As soon as she screamed out her release, Jesse undid his breeches and flipped her over, grabbing her legs and jerking her closer. Fisting his cock, he probed her center, teasing her overstimulated nub until she shuddered with little aftershocks of pleasure.
Placing a hand by her head, he leaned over her, while the other kept a grip on her creamy thigh, drawing her closer.
“I’m going to take you now Susannah. I’m going to ruin you for all men. Even if you leave, you’ll always think of this moment when I made you mine.”

ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROGUE

On her way to marry a man she’s never met, Susannah’s stagecoach is robbed by a tall, dark-haired outlaw.  When she tries to stop him, her struggles only lead to a humiliating bare-bottom spanking at his hands. Eventually, he lets her go, but she can’t stop thinking of him, even dreaming about him right up to her wedding day.

In fact, her new groom looks a lot like the black-haired rogue…

Jesse Oberon Wilder made a bet with his brother that he could marry by summer. That gives him enough time to carry out his plan to destroy the man who’s threatened his family. But when his plans lead him to rob his mail order bride’s stagecoach, he realizes that not everything can be solved by riding a horse or shooting a gun.

Will Jesse’s plans of revenge cost him the woman of his dreams?  Or can true love tame a rogue?

This stand-alone book is set in the 1860s Wild West and contains domestic discipline scenes, including over-the-knee spankings with a hand and a quirt.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

valentines day

I missed Saturday Spankings this week, so here’s a little snippet from my recently released Corbin’s Bend book, Fire in the Rockies.

Kelly unbuttoned her blouse angrily as she stomped to what RJ had designated as ‘her corner’ in his bedroom. One of the buttons ripped off, fell to the floor, and rolled under the bed.
“Dammit,” she muttered as she debated if she should get on her hands and knees and find that stupid button. She decided against it because the last thing she wanted right now was for RJ to walk in and find her with her ass pointing to the ceiling, giving him a perfect target.
She slipped out of her skirt and panties, threw them on the chair with her blouse, then unhooked her bra and slid the straps down her arms while she violently kicked her shoes off. One of them hit the wall and left a black scuff mark.
Good, she thought to herself, serves him right for making me get in the corner just because I disagree with him.
His words came back to her as she faced the corner and found the familiar L-shaped flaw in the plaster. She wasn’t here because she disagreed with him. It was because of what she said. Truthfully, it wasn’t even so much what she said but how she said it. Telling him to take his rule and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine— in other words, stick it up his ass— probably wasn’t the best way to voice her opinion.

Fire in the Rockies – Wishing and Hoping

Sat Spankings

Welcome to Saturday Spankings, the blog where authors share eight sentences of their book. I’m going a little over eight this week – just a few more sentences. Fire in the Rockies was released this past Wednesday and is now available on Amazon and on Blushing Books. Be sure to get your copy!

In the last post, Kelly and RJ were driving home after RJ decided they needed to ‘kick things up a notch’ and he ordered their dinner to go. Tension was high in the truck on their way home and Kelly’s body was tingling with anticipation of what might happen once they got back to RJ’s place.

Her eyes were closed and she pretended to be asleep so she wouldn’t have to talk. She felt his hand settle on the exposed part of her thigh just above her knee. He gave it a gentle squeeze.
     “Are you all right?”
“Yeah, I’m fine.” She tried to sound casual and unconcerned.
“I meant, are you fine with what’s going to happen when we get back to my house?”
“I know what you meant. I’m fine with it.” She wished her voice hadn’t come out quite so breathless.
What she didn’t know and didn’t want to ask, was if ‘kicking it up a notch’ meant just sex or if he planned to try a little spanking. Damn if she didn’t wish and hope that there’d be a spanking. Every damn time she thought about making love with RJ, the thought of being spanked by him always cropped up in her mind.

But I want another drink!

Sat Spankings

Welcome to another Saturday Spankings. Here’s another little teaser from my soon to be released book, Fire in the Rockies. It’ll be out in less than two weeks! Sadly, it’s the last book of the Corbin’s Bend series.

Kelly and RJ are out on their first date away from Corbin’s Bend. They’ve had several small dates in the community at the various restaurants, but this is their first big date. It’s not going smoothly, and RJ decides it’s time to leave the restaurant and take their differences home for further discussion.

The atmosphere in RJ’s truck crackled with sexual tension. Their uneaten dinners sat on the floor at Kelly’s feet. There was no conversation between them as they drove back to Corbin’s Bend.
She wasn’t sure what he had meant when he said it was time to kick things up a notch, but she had felt her nipples harden and her pussy formed a little pool of moisture. She had downed her strong margarita before their meals even came to the table.
When the server came
back to the table, Kelly had ordered another margarita but RJ said no.
Looking at the server, he told her, “I’m sorry, but I think we’re going to be leaving. Could you please put our meals in to-go boxes for us?”
He pulled his wallet from his pocket and dug out a credit card to pay for their meals. Handing it to the waitress, he said, “You can bring the check back with you.”
“But I wanted another drink,” Kelly protested.
“You can have another drink when we get back to my place.”

No help from Uncle Brent

Sat Spankings

Welcome to Saturday Spankings! I think it’s been more than a few weeks since I’ve posted anything. Last time I gave you a snippet from my soon to be released book Fire in the Rockies. Kelly was trying to figure out what the initials RJ in her new boyfriend’s name stood for. He’s refusing to tell her and she gets the brilliant idea of calling her Uncle Brent to get the info. After all, he must have checked out RJ’s application to join the Corbin’s Bend community. Surely he’d tell her what she wants to know. Or will he?

When Kelly calls Brent she says she’s planning to bake RJ a cake and wants to write his name on it. When he suggests she just asks RJ, her excuse is he’s on a four day shift so she can’t reach him. Brent makes the excuse that he doesn’t remember and thinks the application only had the RJ initials on it. Kelly challenges him on by asking how they ran RJ’s credit without his full name.

She heard her uncle sigh and had a feeling she wasn’t going to get any answers. He proved her right with what he said next.
“Kelly, I honestly don’t remember what was on his application. Even if I did, I can’t go around giving out personal information on our residents. Bottom line, you’re going to have to get that information some other way. Besides, he goes by RJ and I don’t think it would look bad on a cake.”
Disappointed, Kelly said, “Okay, thanks anyway. See you soon.”
As soon as she hung up, she muttered under her breath, “Thanks for nothing.”
She’d have to let it go for now and think of some other way to find out his name.

RJ – What do those initials stand for?

Saturday Spankings-Halloween Hat3

Welcome to another edition of Saturday Spankings. I know it’s been a while (again) since I’ve posted – I’ll try and do better. My last post introduced you to Kelly Carmichael and RJ Butler, the heroine and hero from my next Corbin’s Bend book, Fire in the Rockies which is due to be released in early February. I’ll continue this week with Kelly’s musing over what those initials could stand for. RJ is not willing to divulge that information, leaving Kelly to guess and scheme on how to find out.

Fire-in-the-Rockies_400

In my last post, Kelly had asked RJ what his initials stood for and his response was to tell her it didn’t matter since he used only RJ. She’s left to to try and figure out what his first and middle names could be and she runs through a list of R names and J names trying to guess.

RJ…what the hell could those initials stand for? And what was the big deal that he couldn’t or wouldn’t tell her what his names were? Robert, Randall, Roy, Richard, Raymond, Russell, Ralph. None of them were objectionable. In fact the only R name she could think of that would be undesirable was Rufus.
She thought of all the J names she could think of. James, John, Joseph, Joshua, and of course, Jack. Her list of J names didn’t come up with any odd ones. So what was wrong with his name that he didn’t want her to even know what the initials stood for?
Wait, she had an idea….

And I’ll tell you that idea in my next post for Fire in the Rockies. In the meantime, don’t forget to check out the rest of the Saturday Spankings Blog Hop entries!

You Shouldn’t be Sarcastic

Saturday Spankings-Halloween Hat3

Happy Halloween and welcome to another Saturday Spankings! I’m sure you’ve all heard that Corbin’s Bend Season Four is here! The first book, The Man She Needed by Ruth Staunton, was just released this week. I have a book in this season as well. The release date isn’t until February 4th, but I thought I’d start with the teasers.

FIRE IN THE ROCKIES

Blurb: Fiery and strong Kelly Carmichael is a bit of a chip off the old block. Her father Jack and her uncle Brent are strong dominant individuals who can get the job done. Their relationship is just beginning and they’ve met for coffee before RJ has to leave for his shift as a forest range.

RJ looked at his watch and saw he had to get going. “I want to see you again, Kelly Carmichael. I’m on shift for four days this time, but can I take you to dinner when I get back?”
Kelly stood up, took a last sip of her coffee before saying, “I’d like that. But first you have to tell me what RJ stands for.”
“They’re the initials of my first and middle names.”
“Well, duh. Obviously I know that! I’m asking what your first and middle names are.”
“You shouldn’t be sarcastic, Kelly. Didn’t I just tell you what I wanted to do to my last sarcastic girlfriend?”

They’re on to something with this spanking stuff!

Sat Spankings

I’m back for Saturday Spankings! I knew it had been a while since I posted anything on my blog but was surprised to see that it’s been more than two months! Holy cow, time sure does fly. I meant to post last week but I was still catching up from being at The Passionate Pen conference. It was so much fun! I enjoyed meeting everyone and loved the workshops. If you weren’t able to make it, you really need to do your best to try and make the one coming up in April. It’ll be in Las Vegas and is sure to be just as wonderful.

I’m giving you an excerpt from my Corbin’s Bend book, Safe Under Protection. First, here’s the blurb:

After spotting a mafia hit, Jess and Colleen Bradley find their life turned upside down and on the run. With nowhere else to turn and to protect their family, they accept the assistance of the witness protection program. Their U.S. Marshal, Jack Carmichael, convinces them to move to a small community in Colorado run by his brother.
Jess and Colleen Bradley become Russ and Debi Hunter, the newest residents of Corbin’s Bend. Forty years of a vanilla marriage makes them a little out of place in this spanking community. With new names and new jobs, Debi is a little stressed out with her new surroundings. She keeps messing up and calling Russ by his old name. After a successful erotic spanking just to see what all the fuss is about, Russ decides a real spanking might be just what’s called for to get Debi to remember his new name and relieve her of some of the stress she’s feeling.
Just as they begin to find peace as their new selves in the wilds of Colorado, the protection they feel shatters when Jack calls with the bad news that their security has been compromised and Debi realizes she’s being tailed.  As Brent Carmichael and Russ rush out to find Debi and get the two to safety, it might be too late because at that moment, two hit men are set on making sure Debi and Russ are not safe under protection.

Safe Under Protection final

Debi has just had her first spanking. It was a fun sort of role-playing spanking and afterwards she and Russ had the hottest sex they’d had for a long time.

Russ collapsed on her and then rolled to his side, pulling her to him so they were spooning. He briefly wondered if Debi could feel his heart hammering on her back as hard as he felt hers beating rapidly in the hand that was cupping her breast.
“Holy shit.” Russ was the first to speak. “I hope one of us doesn’t have a stroke. We haven’t had such a hot fuck in a long time.”
“I know,” Debi panted. “But it was great. Jeez, I think these people are on to something here with this spanking stuff.”

Z is for Zinnia Loraine

A to Z Spanking Blog Challenge

A2Z-logo2015

My A to Z challenge is complete! There were a few days I almost gave up thinking I just didn’t have the time. But here we are at the final letter – Z. And what better than Zinnia Loraine, heroine in Thianna D’s book, His Damsel in Distress? It was the first book in the third season of the Corbin’s Bend series. I loved the character and her interactions with Corbin Nelson. If you haven’t read it yet, I highly recommend it!

Blurb: You’ve known the name Corbin’s Bend for awhile – now meet the man it was named after.
Corbin Nelson had stayed in New York with his non-spanko wife when all of his friends built and moved to Colorado. With his reason for staying in the city gone, and his trust ripped to shreds, he moved to Corbin’s Bend to make a new start. His one rule: he would never give his heart away again. It only took a couple weeks for him to question that tenet when he rescued the same damsel in distress twice.
Zinnia Loraine bought into Corbin’s Bend to hide: from the paparazzi, a scandal, and most of all from a deranged fan. She thought she could hide in her home and stay safe and secure. When her car broke down and she was rescued by Corbin, all thoughts of hiding fled as she was instantly attracted to the tall, middle-aged man. That he was an alpha male who spanked and loved curvy women just made it even better.
Unable to keep their hands off one another after their first date, they both were in this for fun… until her stalker found her and they both realized how much they cared for one another. With his damsel in distress once again, this time Corbin had to call on others to help him. Would he and Zinnia get their happily ever after? Or would his rescuing days be through? If the stalker had his way, their happiness was about to end.

His-Damsel-Final-200

“Does that mean I get to spank you at the end of the night, because you know I have been very remiss on that count up until now?”

Looking at him, she nodded. “Oh, I think so. If I don’t feel your hand across my ass tonight, this just might not work.”

With a nod of his head, he walked toward the door. His hand slamming down hard across her ass as he walked by made her squeal as heat lit up over her right butt cheek. Grinning at her over his shoulder, he said. “Well, we can’t have that now, can we? Are you ready?”
