Welcome to another fun Saturday Spankings. This week’s snippet is a continuation from the one I posted two weeks ago. I missed last week’s post so if you want to check out the previous one before reading this one click here. Enjoy! And don’t forget to pop in on the rest of this blog hop.
Blurb:
Still healing from the loss of her husband three years earlier, Samantha Robbins is struggling to get her real estate career on the right track. When a neighbor on her block tries to sell his house on his own, Samantha calls him hoping he’ll eventually decide to use an agent and hire her.
Mac McClintock needs to sell his house. He inherited it from his aunt a few years ago and was hanging on to it in the hopes the value would increase now that the housing crisis was on the mend. He had a ranch to run and his aunt’s house was taking up too much of his time. He hires Sam, but lets her know in no uncertain terms he expects things to be done in a timely and efficient manner. It takes her less than two weeks to cause him to take her to task for an error in the marketing of his aunt’s house.
Sparks fly when she’s given the choice of bending over his kitchen island counter for a sound spanking or having the listing canceled.
Lead in: Last week we left Samantha in the bathroom with Mac banging on the bathroom door demanding she answer him. She’s just yelled back with, “Yeah, yeah. I heard your bellowing!” Here’s his response:
“Disrespect will get you a date with my belt, Samantha. I expect a better attitude from you.”
She didn’t answer him. She glanced up and looked at her face in the mirror and was surprised that steam wasn’t coming out of her ears. Never in her life had she encountered such an arrogant jerk.
Running her fingers through her hair trying to straighten it up a bit didn’t seem to be helping much. She wished she had brought her purse along. But how would she know that his request to speak with her in person would turn into a bottom reddening experience?
Mac was bellowing again. “Samantha, I expect an answer when I speak to you!”

This was a wonderful book! Talk about learning to pay attention to detail – Mac know the way to help with that!
Why thank you very much, PK!
I think Mac taught her some new marketing tools.
Now that made me laugh!
What a bad girl! 😉
Such a naughty snippet. How long can she stay hidden in the bathroom avoiding his belt?

Bellowing. Yikes!
Hmm. He *does* sound like a jerk, to be honest. I hope he redeems himself.
